By submitting material, data, input, or otherwise submitting forms to PlanetDiaz.com, or by use of this site's services (including forums, articles, tutorials, or any other information found on this site) you agree to abide by the Terms & Conditions (T&C) found in this document. Please note, this is a legally binding contract, and legal action may be taken against those found to go against its terms. In this document, the word “Agreement,” with a capital “A,” refers to the TOS collectively. The words 'Planet Diaz', 'this site', and 'PD' refer to the website http://www.planetdiaz.com
Use of this site signifies that you have read, understand, and agree to all of the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not continue to utilize the services provided by Planet Diaz.
1) Submission Terms
(a) By submitting any material to Planet Diaz, whether through Planet Diaz's online submission forms, forums, or electronic mail, you (and if you're under 13, your parents also) agree to all of the following terms and conditions.
i. All data and material becomes the exclusive property of Planet Diaz, who may redistribute at its sole discretion. You may not use significant portions of Planet Diaz's articles, tutorials, or any other material belonging to Planet Diaz on your site, and you may not redistribute it in any form or fashion, except with written permsission from Manuel Diaz, Administrator of Planet Diaz.
ii. Planet Diaz may edit any submitted material at it's sole discretion.
iii. No copyrighted material may be submitted to Planet Diaz.
iv. Planet Diaz is not liable or accountable for any copyright infringements made by its users, members, moderators, or administrators, or found to be in submitted material.
2) Copyright Information
(a) You may not take any text, graphics, or other material from Planet Diaz and use it yourself, or claim it as your own. All material found on Planet Diaz is legally copyrighted to Planet Diaz and may not be redistributed or remade in any form or fashion, except with the expressed and written permsission of Manuel Diaz.
(b) Anyone found to infringe Planet Diaz copyright protections will have legal action taken against them, unless they agree to special terms provided by Manuel Diaz, which will be provided on a case to case basis.
(c) You may not use Planet Diaz's services for any unlawful activity, whether it be on the internet or physically.
3) Spam Policy
(a) Any user found to abuse Planet Diaz's online forms or community forums will be banned from Planet Diaz. Planet Diaz will also contact the offender's Internet Service Provider (ISP) with a complaint against them. Many ISPs will ban their users for SPAM violations.
4) Other General Terms
(a) Planet Diaz reserves the right to cancel it's member's accounts for any reason or no reason at all, at its sole desire, without providing any warning or explanation to the user.
(b) Planet Diaz is not responsible for any hacking done to your account, and any loss that may come of it.
(c) Planet Diaz is not responsible for the content of sites that it links to, or any site found to advertise on Planet Diaz.
