The health - Our highest good

In young years we smile at expressed wishes which are supposed to bring us health and a long life. Much more importantly still the luck in the love, money blessing and a successful future, appears to us there. However the older as to become, all the more more the health moves into the center. What is useful already to fame, honor, to power, to love and to fortune if our spirit or our body is sick and frail and we can not enjoy these whole comforts anymore? Health is truly our highest good. Who is healthy knows often not to appreciate it and takes it than as a matter of course there. Who, however, has to fight with an illness, in the worst case a life long, the white, that health and vitality make the life first worth living. Whether we are healthy and stay, for that only our genes are not responsible. Many more factors play a role for that. As runs and as shapes our life? We are exposed to stress continuously, we eat reasonably, we drive out sport, we consume drugs, we are satisfied and harmonious or rather restless and unhappy? In the proverb „Sei good to your Body, so that your Soul has joy of that, to live“ in it suits to a lot of truth. Body and spirit should form a unit and to be treated with sanitary problems always together.

What can we do for our health? We must resist a life long ascetic all seductions and pleasures in order not to get i our health in danger? No fear– so bad it is quite not, to hold his body and spirit fitly and agilely. With increasing age our body thinks of very natural kind and manner. Nevertheless investigations showed that in fact our constitution is laid out for 150 years! No human being achieves this high age, however. Often aggressive illnesses, as cancer or heart-circulation-failure, already in the best years carry us off. Nevertheless there are absolutely persons who crossed the 100 of them far. For example the Tibetans are known for achieving a high age. Their life-style preserves them a health in an exceptional way good. Of course this life-style can not be assigned to 100 percent onto our own life, but we can take over nevertheless some from that. We can not find ourselves out of a useful feeding only with our doctor or a feeding consultant. There are valuable tips and advice in many books or on numerous internet pages. In the same way it behaves with sport and fitness. For everyone of us there is an event that suits to us and makes us for us fun. We must only want! In addition every health insurance offers support and many times even premiums for präventionelle measures for the health provision. And for the psychological balance it is especially lohnenswert to spoil oneself with composure, rest, selflove, humor and high spirits. For that it is in fact healthy, "to just be Fünfe" also once "let"!
